• Payment for services is due at the time of service completion.

• Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

• Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

3. Appointment and Cancellation Policy

• Appointments can be booked in advance online, over the phone, or in person.

• Cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• Before 48 hours: No charge.

• Within 48 hours: 25% of the service fee.

• 24 hours or less: 50% of the service fee.

• No-show or same-day cancellation: 100% of the service fee.

4. Refunds and Satisfaction

• We strive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. However:

• Refunds for services are not provided once the service has been completed.

• If you are dissatisfied, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns.
